Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your CAPrivAI account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.
⚠️ This action is permanent.
Deleting your account removes all your data — including account details, analysis history, consent records, and any stored preferences — and cannot be undone.
🔐 Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Sign in to your account at app.privai.digital.
- Go to Settings (top-right menu).
- Select Data Management.
- Click Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

✉️ Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address registered to your account:
- Send an email to privacy@privai.digital.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address of the account to delete.
- We will process the deletion within 72 hours and send confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, country)
- Analysis history metadata
- Privacy consent records
- MFA configuration
- All active sessions and refresh tokens
- Any API keys or connected services
Raw document content submitted for analysis is never stored, so there is nothing to delete in that regard.
