Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CAPrivAI ("the Service"), operated by PriveAI Digital Pvt Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CAPrivAI is a privacy-protection tool that detects and masks sensitive information (personal data, credentials, financial data, health information) in text content before it is shared with AI platforms or other third parties.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- One account per person; do not share accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to process content that violates any applicable law.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
- Submit content containing malware, exploits, or attack payloads.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
5. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using the Service, you grant CAPrivAI a limited, temporary licence to process your content solely to deliver the requested privacy-protection functionality. Raw content is never retained or used for training.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CAPrivAI does not guarantee that every instance of sensitive data will be detected or that the detection engine will be error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing masked output before sharing it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAPrivAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. The Service is operated by PriveAI Digital Pvt Ltd.
